Women's rights are fundamental human rights that all women are entitled to, encompassing the right to live free from violence and discrimination, enjoy education, own property, vote, and earn equal pay. Well at least that is what we say but, in our world, today it may not seem like it, women are treated very differently no matter what it is from work and pay, to being in line to vote it can be the smallest things. I think this is a big impact in our world today and as a woman I feel as if it is never going to end if we don't speak up. Some of the important things I am going to be talking about are the right to live free from violence, slavery, and discrimination; to be educated; to own property; to vote; and to earn a fair and equal wage. The most important thing to me is equal wage, equal wage is individuals, regardless of gender, should receive the same pay for performing the same or substantially similar work, and most women don’t. According to Green Light Card, in the NBA season, the minimum salary for a player is $1,157,153, now in the WNBA the base pay for players ranges from a minimum of $62,285. As you can see that is way off men shouldn't be able to receive a bigger pay for something that they are doing the same of. Women deserve equal pay for work of equal value, as it's a matter of fundamental fairness, economic empowerment, and societal progress, benefiting women, families, and the overall economy.

Another thing is to live free from violence, women are the most known suspects for domestic violence in our world today. Women should live violence-free because it is a fundamental human right, and violence against women has devastating physical, mental, and social consequences, impacting their well-being and ability to fully participate in society. Violence against women and girls is a human right violation which can cause you a long time visit to a jail or prison. According to National Library of Medicine in the United States, nearly 5.3 million incidents of intimate partner violence occur annually among women aged 18 and older, resulting in nearly 1,300 deaths and 2 million injuries each year.
Education is something everyone wants growing up, but some people just don't get it. Poverty often leads families to prioritize boys' education, leaving girls with fewer opportunities. Girls in low-income countries and areas affected by conflict or violence are disproportionately out of school, which causes them to stay home and do housework, or help their mothers care for younger siblings. Girls may be less likely to participate in class discussions or receive the same level of attention from teachers, as boys will often receive the teacher's full attention. Treating girls and boys equally in schools is crucial for fostering a just and equitable society, allowing all students to reach their full potential and participate fully in society, regardless of gender.
In conclusion I think we must change, Women and Men should be treated the same no matter the skin color, hair color, beliefs, we should all be treated equally. Men and women should be treated equally because it's a fundamental human right, essential for building peaceful, prosperous, and sustainable societies where everyone has the opportunity to thrive for greatness.
